hi Wilma KoK <br> <br> I am really Happy to Know that Keith Nyathi works For the Apple I support Line <br> <br> I remembered him the 2 nd Time because I initially called in for help with a ****** I phone which wasn't retraced but that's okay , he then explained to activate the Icon and since then I told every member of my family and friends who are unaware <br> <br> My sister was in an accident the 20 feb with no luck on her password he tried helping me within his business protocol and explained all avenues eventually when we found out she was okay I got a call from him to check if all was okay . I remember his name because o wrote it on my diary the first time and I have to say I work in a Stressfull sales and Call centre environment and although we managed on all sort of KPI's moments like these have to be remembered ...
