Grateful for Tsholofelo Moemise's outstanding serv

Yesterday, Tuesday March 1, 2016 I visited Menlyn Mall Apple iStore. Had two iPads( iPad 3 and iPad Mini) plus my iPhone 5s which has been problematic, I had lost my music, couldn't backup and had iTunes problems. <br> <br> I also wanted to treat myself to an iWatch 38mm. <br> <br> I was approached by a gentle young Tsholofelo Moemise, the store was practically empty so Tsholofelo lifted off my burdens by firstly assisting with backup to my laptop. All gadgets which were never backedup. <br> While we waited for backup which took over an hour, he continued to process the iWatch 38mm Discovery transaction, and also took time to link it to my phone, and gave me a quick crash-course on how to navigate it.<br> <br> I am very thrilled that all is very well, and truly appreciate excellent services since I had 4 gadgets which needed attention. My music is restored, all devices linked to iCloud... am very happy.<br> <br> Tsholofelo Moemise is very patient, eloquent and simplifies the process so one is more excited to learn than be frustrated with technology. Tsholofelo is a great asset for iStore!!!
