Thumbs up to the Manager at I store Cresta and her assistant Katlego ,,,They we’re very helpful to me even though l couldn’t get the device l wanted,they did not push me away unlike the sales consultant.They took time to explain to me regarding the waiting list for the 15 Pro Max 256gb and really tried hard to assist me same as Clearwater I store Manager Bongani l really appreciate you guys.My wish is all the sales consultants would be trained good customer service and not be irritated when you are asking them questions about their products.
