Going the extra mile...

My IPhone 7 over heated 5 days out of warrantee and the staff at I-store the glen and Apple South-Africa gave me such a brilliant service experience, I will definitely recommend their services to everyone else.. Due to my phone being out of warrantee for 5 days, I received a quotation for a replacement phone which almost led to R6 000, of course I didn't feel like making that payment as I was disappointed in my phone over heating in such a short period as I only had it for 12 months, The Staff at the Istore called Apple and they agreed to fix my IPhone under warrantee and replaced it with a new unit... I didn't have to argue or fight for it... they insisted.... Great experience! Thank you!
