FOURWAYS MALL ISTORE IS THE WORST, IT TRULY IS THE PITS!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!

I'm writing this with a broken heart, I've had apple products since the 3G, today I was disgusted by Fourways Mall iStore, my Apple tv 4k 64GB stopped working after a month of use, so I went to the store, they booked in my device on a weekend and i kept receiving email updates, the last update i receive today only says: Dear Customer your unit is ready for collection. I go to the store and they tell me Replace apple tv, So as a normal person that means take my broken one and give me a new one (after all its under warranty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Not the case here at this store, they tell me sorry you need to buy a new one...a WHOLE SORRY that's all?????? Okay someone needs to explain to me whats the purpose of a warranty if you cannot fix YOUR OWN DEVICES!!!! I'm actually glad i never bought an extended warranty things could've been worse for me. Really disappointed, the least they could've done is repair it for free or take mine and give me a new one or worse case scenario take mine and make me pay a difference maybe of R500 or something, i mean the device is 1 MONTH OLD!!!! BUT NOPE NOT APPLE...If this doesn't receive attention i certainly will be moving to another provider and never recommend Apple products to ANYONE TO EVER care about warranty!!!! Bye Apple you have lost a loyal Customer
