FALSE CLAIMS ON CELLPHONE COVERS

I bought a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max and paid R500 for a cover from iStore which claimed to protect my phone from a 4m fall. A week afterwards I sat on the couch with my phone on my lap and stood up and it fell - not even 1m. Now they can’t replace the back of my phone because the glass is not available anywhere in the country - they also won’t even refund me for the cover. The false claims they make on the covers are upsetting. I’m paying of a broken phone and they won’t do anything to help me.
