False advertising

I’m subscribed for Apple One Family package which includes Apple TV subscription, Apple Music, 200GB storage and arcade games. However, my Apple Music isn’t working and I’ve been trying to get a hold of Apple but they are of no use. They cannot seem te be able to fix the problem. Don’t understand why people should subscribe for something they aren’t able to use.
