Failure to deliver iphone

My wife and daughters contracts were up for renewal and I decided to renew with MTN and get them iphones. Anyway we ordered two iPhone 16 GB 5c on contract at R249 per month on the 28th of July from MTN in Woodlands Mall. We were told 5-7 workings days for the cells to arrive. On numerous occasions over the next couple of months I went in to enquire about the delivery but was told that Apple were on strike and the phones weren't delivered. After another call from me I was now informed that the 5c have been reordered last week and are expected in by the end of this week but our original order will not be honoured as the 16GB and the 32GB cells have been discontinued. I am still waiting for any news on either of these orders and it is now nearly 4 months later. If Apple are unable to deliver on its orders then they should not allow MTN to advertise their products. I am extremely disappointed and will think again before attempting to purchase an apple product if this is the kind of service I can expect.
