Extremely disappointed

I bought an apple phone and made payment for it last week Thursday. I stay in Centurion Pretoria and have ordered it online from them, I have no tracking number nothing. I am so disappointed. I have been following up and asking everyday and still no phone. It's been a whole 7 days now I honestly don't understand. Please can I have my money if there is no phone
