Excellent Customer Service

iStore Mall of Africa - I would like to say a big thank you to the following members of the team: Thembelihle for excellent customer service from when I walked into the store until I left. Checking in on the progress, guiding me with the required information and offering me a chair seeing that I had been in the store for some time (system issues). I really and truly appreciate it. Mbali for escalating my specific matter and allocating me to the right consultant and lastly, Khumo - thank you for your professionalism and your clear communication. You took the time to explain and show me the difference in options, when the system was slow, you communicated constantly with me. It was my first experience at an Apple Store and it was very positive. I look forward to visiting the store again in the near future
