Educational discount did not apply

My niece needed a laptop and since she is a student she qualified for a educational discount. She app**** and got the coupon when I app**** the coupon it didn’t not validate.

Am so disappointed on this, how can you false advertise and create a false customer expectation. It’s been a back and forth trying to resolve this... and still it’s not working after days.
