Eastgate Istore Poor Customer Service and Support

Poor customer service, products under a recall program not fixed properly, Macbook Air 13 inch. Apple international asked them to sort out locally, they declined and the machine was purchased last year in November under warranty. There seems to be recall programmes that they do not disclose the store manager took way to long to respond over a week. I have been taking this unit back for fixes ever since i bought it. The store staff also are not clued up on advising customers properly on purchases. One must just accept their technical review of a product even though the hardware clearly shows that it is faulty with key impressions on the screen. The screen was replaced once before and the problem persists. Alot of money wasted at this store.
