Easiest help in regards to account problems

I had a major problem with apps on the apple app store that was paid for and not at all working so I contacted the app support where with Claudine was extremely helpfull and quickly resolved the problems.. Waaayyyy better and quicker and effecient than I ever experienced.. Thanks Claudine
