Dud phone and poor service

Really Poor service regarding my phone and service after the problem could not be found. I still have my phone with a problem. Here is the the repair number: TV10027 & TV10335.

I have still have a phone that does not work and Apple is not responding to my mail. I have emailed Donovan Hendrick at the Istore Tygervalley over 10 times without response. My questions is what now? I have phone that i have barely had in my possession and paying a contract being paid that does not work. This is pathetic service and I have not been contacted by anyone to ask how they can help.
