Dud Apple watch

Signed up for Vitality's Apple watch deal and picked up the 38mm watch from the Brooklyn Branch on Friday 11Dec, unit was not working properly from day 1 and now I the customer have to be inconvenienced because they won't just replce the faulty unit. I googled the problem over the weekend, lots of people have the same problem. Is @APPLEOFFICIAL just selling us dud #applewatch?????? Also went to the store for a deal on the brochure, none of the staff knew how the deal worked. IStore filling their stores with bodies, do they get any training whatsoever??? I see that Apple South Africa does not respond to hellopeter messages which makes perfect sense now, they like to indemnify them so they take no responsibility for faulty products or misinformation, they just more than happy to take you money #applesucks #badservice
