DREADFUL I STORE

<p>Firstly you only have TWO branches in the whole of Durban.</p> <p>Your store in Florida road ONLY deals with businesses so people have to drive to Gateway or the Pavillion.</p> <p>You are understaffed.</p> <p>You do not keep sufficient stock.</p> <p>You have no direct telephone lines to your stores so customers cannot deal directly.</p> <p>The staff who answer the phone in Timbuktoo or wherever it is are utterly hopeless and unhelpful.</p> <p>THE I STORE IS SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!</p>
