Double debit orders amounting to R 1800

I accidentally bought an app on iTunes on Wednesday and got debited 899. Yesterday I called and was told it would be reversed, this morning I wake up again to a debit order of 899 for a “ pos international purchase” the amount is now R1800 , I need this money and it’s not fair that apple is doing this. I tried to reverse it at my bank with fail. I need my R 1800 for my monthly expenses
