Dont buy APPLE 15 PROMAX

Purchased an iPhone 15 ProMax and it switched off and stays on apple logo sign. I am outside of the country for work without a fucntioning phone and Apple support is not basically dead. Local authorised support are unwilling to assist although still in warranty and are charging me a fortune. WORSE EXPERIENCE
