Do not trade in your device, you will never get your money

Traded in an iMac middle Feb 2018 with the iStore. my iMac was tested and found to be perfect condition and I was given a trade in value and everything was accepted and signed. Was told the EFT will happen 'within 10 days'.

They took my iMac.

Now a month later I am unable to contact the store, phone just rings, trade in guy doesnt bother replying, branch manager doesnt reply to emails, Apple Call Center 'will get back to me' for the past few days.

Bottom line, if you want to trade in your Apple device, Don't. You may as well hand it over to a begger at the robot...
