DO NOT INSURE WITH ISTORE INSURE !!

I wish I could give a rating of ZERO !!!!!!!! My phone got ****** on the 24th of September 2022 , I went to the Istore in Mall of Africa the next day as I am insured with I istore insure and wanted to know, the steps to submitting my claim and getting a new phone , the staff had no cooking clue what I was talking about and I got sent by one of them to the technical department ? , when I got to the technical department they had no cooking clue why I was sent there !!! Frustrated I asked to speak to the manager who also told me that she has no cooking clue of how Istore insure works , and I should submit my claim online , How do I submit online if I don't have a goddam phone , I argued and I insisted that I use their instore laptop to submit the claim , which she was not pleased with ! Even though I am an apple customer !!!!! ... Flash forward the next day 26 September 2022 I get sent an sms where they want me to resumbit supporting documents again !!! I DO VIA EMAIL, but its now been over TWO WEEKS !!!! and I have not gotten a response from them , but my insurance and device debit order have gone through but here I am sitting with no device after TWO WEEKS of constantly phoning them being put on hold and one of them promising me a response on where to collect my device by the 4TH OCTOBER , which I obviously did not get and call being dropped , while I am speaking to an operator !

I cant explain the level of my FUSTRATION with their lack of customer service, its absolutely DISGUSTING ! I can wait to switch to another insurance !!!

THIS IS TOTALLY UNNACTEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
