DO NOT BUT APPLE PRODUCTS! Trashy Iphone 7

I bought an Iphone 7 and it's just out of warranty (12 months) and they admitted that these phones are defective, with a problem with the speaker going grey, making you unable to make or receive calls. They stated that though they know its their fault, the best they can do is to quote me on a replacement phone, which is basically another Iphone 7 which will definitely have the same issue in the future. Why do we allow these giants to get away by rewarding their pathetic products and services with our money?! DO NOT BUT APPLE PRODUCTS!
