Disgusting service and treatment

<p>Sent my phone into Istore-Sandton Drive for repairs on a Monday and was told I would receive it on Friday or Monday latest.</p> <p>Two weeks later, I have still not received my phone because it was sent to them, even though I had specified in the repair form when booking it in, that it be sent to another store.</p> <p>These people kept my phone at the store for 3 days after I had notified them over 5 emails that they sent it to the wrong store. No one has even bothered to call or explain what the reason for the hold up is.</p> <p>On top of it all, I have received no updates for 2 weeks on where my phone was.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have always purchased my phones through istore and this is the first time through IStore and will never again if they treat loyal customers with such negligence and disregard.</p> <p>Have even gone as far as getting myself a new phone because clearly I have been cheated out of my phone and will never get it back from these ******.</p>
