Disgusting service

Worst experience or rather service I had received, I went to the istore in Clearwater mall and got assisted by one of the guys by the name of Gift which 5mins of him assisting he was very helpful but the reminder of my time in that store was shocking as mid way in assisting me he leaves me there with questions and goes and assists a couple and leaves me hanging so I decided to speak to the manager in which the manager was okay she called him back but I could see he didn’t want to help as he informed me that he doesn’t deal with contracts he will get someone, that’s when **** started to hit the fan as I waited for 45 min to be told that the previous guy didn’t inform him that I wanted a new contract and that he could have assisted but unfortunately the guy that would be able left at 6pm. It is shocking that in this day and age we still get treated like this I felt as though I was left hanging because of the color of my skin , it’s awful that to think I wanted a second contract with them but today’s treatment left me in shock am disappointed and disgusted by the events that happened .
