Disappointing service from istore in Clearwater Ma

I'd like to voice my complete dissatisfaction at the lack of service I received at istore Clearwater Mall. I have 2 faulty ipod-shuffles.After many HOURS of trying to reset, format & restore etc I've had no success. Took the ipods to the istore upon which I was told I needed to book them in at the service desk & then come back. So after another hour I took them back and a disinterested employee told me to come back in 20 minutes. Another employee then told me the ipods aren't working (really???) and then proceeded to stare at me blankly. So I asked him what my options were and how I could fix the problem? He told me they could send it in for repairs which would be around 75% of the cost of a new product (!) or they could do a possible swop where I might get a discount for another product but according to another very untrained staff member who had no knowledge of the product I had, my ipods were \worthless"and I wouldnt be getting any discount. I really would have appreciated some help as this has completely put me off purchasing any apple products in future if this is the kind of service I will be getting. """
