Disappointing and disgusting service and quality, support

Terribly disappointing service from Istore, I am so disappointed and disgusted to say the least. My elderly dad and I went to the istore for an upgrade, the staff was unfriendly and miserable, it took them two hours to do the upgrade, not offering a chair or a glass of water, and then they handed me the incorrect phone. I complained and requested they correct their error, needless to say the staff's unfriendliness only escalated, another hour later, we managed to eventually finalize, what should have been done within an hour - and now to add insult to injury, I have been struggling in excess of 24 hours to restore my 18GB backup to a brand new phone, two calls to apple support thus far and no luck, I'm still stuck with a brand new phone I'm not able to use.
