descrimination and bad attitude

I went to an iphone store on tuesday around 19:15 to apply for smart device,everything went well and on wedneday I got an e-mail saying that I have to go to my bank to submit proof of resident of which I did and I even went to a store again to tell them that I have submitted my proof of resident and they resubmit my application and Mpho told me that if I got an sms I must come back tomorrow to collect my phone.Today I got an sms that my device application have been approve and on tuesday I asked about the operating hours since there is no notice by the door and I was told that the store close by 21:00 everyday,today after work I went to the store to collect my phone I arrived by 18:13 and the store was closed, but they were still busy inside,i asked for a manager because I was so furious that nobody told me that the store will close early today even Mpho didn't tell me and that is what I was trying to explain to the manager but he didn't even apologise for that and he gave me bad attitude maybe just because am black, the boring part is that they were able to assist the coloured guy who I was standing with by the door, he collected his phone and that guy find me standing there
