DAMAGED GOODS

I spent R25,000 buying a demo iMac 27" at Claremont iStore in CPT. Opened up the box, noticed the magic mouse was in such bad condition, filthy, scratches etc.

They tried to repair it at Core Service Centre and sent me a quote of R1480 for it to be reaired. It is cheaper to buy one brand new. I am without a mouse for almost a month.

No one can give me answers.
