CUSTOMER CARE OF APPLE

<p>I called in to request for asistance with the recovery of my password for the my iphone that is lost as to be able to use the app that iphone has of find my iphone. The agent i spoke to gave me no good service as him self does not know the turn aound time for the recovery of the new paword, When i asked of wehat is the second option of re setting my password as i need to find my iphone still he did not have a clue of how to help me. I would like to kmow from APPLE why do they have Find my iphone if it does not work and also what is the turn around time to get a new password as thier system keeps of saying in few days which i have been requesting since friday last week to date i have not got a new password.</p>
