Completely useless will never remove activation lock

Completely useless!!!! Device been on activation lock and after countless emails of me uploading proof of purchase apple refuses to resolve the issue. Just keep getting another email for me to upload the same documents and wait another 2-3 just for the same thing to happen again. To think this was my brand of choice now for laptops, phones, iPad and watch but now I’m rethinking everything.
