Can't contact correct department - Just no joy

Good day.

Please refer to the screenshot attached (Link Below). The issue has NOT been resolved. Please assist ASAP as I have been trying to enrol as a developer for weeks now without success.

I get the following error:

The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile.

Please assist. I have tried a different browser too.
