CamScanner Charged R880 After 3-Day Free Trial

I am extremely disappointed that CamScanner charged me R880 after I signed up for what was presented as a 3-day free trial.

I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period. However, I was charged R880 after the trial ended. I believe the payment was unexpected and I was not sufficiently informed that I would be charged this amount.

I am requesting that CamScanner investigate this transaction and issue me with a full refund of R880. I would also like confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be deducted.

I have proof of the trial offer and the R880 transaction and can provide screenshots if necessary.

I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I am extremely disappointed with Apple regarding an unexpected charge of R124 for Apple TV+.

I did not independently sign up for a paid Apple TV+ subscription. When I purchased my iPad, I was offered 3 months of Apple TV+ free as part of the promotional offer that came with the purchase.

After the promotional period, I was charged R124. I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription and was not expecting this charge.

I am requesting that Apple investigate this charge and issue me with a full refund of R124. I would also like confirmation that the Apple TV+ subscription has been cancelled and that I will not be charged again.

I believe the promotional offer and the subsequent paid subscription should have been made sufficiently clear, particularly since I did not actively sign up for a paid subscription.

I have proof of the iPad purchase, the promotional offer and the R124 charge and can provide screenshots if required.

I would appreciate this matter being resolved promptly.
