Call Center

I received my new I Phone last week, which i was very excited about, for some reason the back up from I tunes did not go as planned and i lost all my contacts..

After trying all the normal remedies I could found , i did not have any luck getting them back.

I tried to call the call center but ended up hearing that i need to book an consultation at R 200, just because i upgraded and did not buy my phone from an Istore. To see if they can fix my problem..

I ended up paying to download a program to assist me, retrieved most of my contacts after 2 days of struggling...

I was very unhappy
