Bought broken phone from Istore

My I phone 6 GPS stopped working and I struggled to obtain reception, I was advised at the Sandton Istore to trade in my Iphone 6 and buy a new Iphone 6 which I did.

I bought the new phone on 21 February however I still had the same problems.

I returned the phone and received a replacement phone on 07 March 2017 however I still had the same problems and was given another phone on 23 March 2017.

I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to wait in a queue, have to back up and constantly move to another phone, besides I work for myself non-stop so I struggled to allocate time to this issue.

I went back to the Istore on 31 May 2017 and the phone had the same problems.

I was told that the "diagnostics stated that the phone was fine and it was working but the GPS still did not work.

In June I was advised to conduct a sim swap which I did and the phone still gave the same problems. They then wiped all the software off the phone and it still gave the same issue. One of the storeman put his simm in and it worked for a while then stopped.

Tabang the manager looked at the phone in July and it seemed to work, I then asked him to get into my car and he then realised it still did not work.

In August I phoned again and was told to come in AGAIN, which I refused as I have been instore on numerous occassions. I was told I must give the phone in again, which I refused as I have already done that a few times.

I came into store again in August and was advised to move service providers (from Cell C to Vodacom).

I changed contracts and went back into store on 19 October and took the new manager in my car again and showed him that now with Vodacom the GPS still does not work.

I have not had a working GPS the whole year, I have lost so much time coming in and out.

This entire situation has been unfair and rediculously inconvienient, my phone I use for my business and I simply dont have anymore time to go round and round in circles anymore.

I believe that I was provided/bought a faulty phone, which diagnostics says is perfect, and I was told by various technicians that it does work, I was send IME's showing they actually gave me a new phone however the phone still has the same problem as the broken phone I gave it, how is this possible.

I have cried and cried out of frustration, can someone please escalate this and stop sending me in circles.
