Billed for a service I am not rendering

I wanted to download a lock application for my phone and i decided i don't need one as it was charged an outrageous amount for it and then when I decide to activate music I get charged for the application I cancelled. R1,999.99 was taken from my account and I want it back cause I don't have the application on my phone nor using it.
