BEWARE of buying APPLE products - update glitches

Since our 2 x iPad's 3 & iPhone 4S have automatically updated to the latest software, the iPads & iPhone charge sporadically (fine for a few days, then do not charge at all for days) saying that the charger is \not a compatible accessory"although its an apple original. I bought a new charger at iStore & they still indicate this & do not charge. iPads' sound has gone! iPads will not sync with iTunes. As many Apple users are complaining about similar incidents lately"
