Be aware when using I store Trade In- It does not work

Be aware when using I store Trade In Traded in my old phone for a new iPhone 16 Pro max on 18 December 2024: *** After being messed around by their Courier company - RAM who lost my Phone for a while, I was finally told on 28 December 2024 that my phone had been valued (basically half of what they originally offered) and I would soon receive a credit. Contacted all their possible help lines - phone, Email and What's App they all promised me my credit would ne escalated. Today, 8 January 2025 - 29 days later I still have not received my credit. Will continue to try and contact the Istore to resolve this problem and will then proceed to go Legal if no response - BE VERY AWARE of using this ISTORE Trade In
