Battery upgrade - not!

Most dreadful and disgraceful service from Apple IStore in Sandton city. Following their reprehensible scandal of slowing IPhones and their lame attempt to rectify this by offering discounted battery replacements; I had the displeasure of attempting to take them up on this offer. By forewarned that they limit the number of daily replacements to 10 so either you are first in line at 9am of forget it. Secondly, their (lack) of "service consultants" will invariably make your life as difficult as possible to get your battery replaced; using any excuse possible to decline the replacement and then try and upgrade your phone. Four separate trips to the store in 3 days only to be finally told that they won’t change my battery. I am convinced that they all work on commission and thus only have their interest at heart. This will be my last IPhone; will be selling my apple tv – I am forever giving up on the Apple ecosystem which is a complete con! Android here I come!
