BAD SERVICE FROM APPLE

I do experience a shocking bad service from Apple. during March 2020 Apple deducted more that a thousand rand from my bank account. I closed the account to prevent further ********** deductions. Apple retaliate to disable my App store and Whatsup apps. Apple refer me to an I store which I visited the Istore on the16 December 2020 spending 4 hours at the Istore at Eastgate with no results and i was referred back to Apple. being on the phone with Apple for an hour and forty minutes with Nicole from Apple they could still not enable my apps. then speaking to a Chris and made an appointment that he would call me at 08:30 today 16 December 2020. now being 09:50 still no call form the Chris. needless to say that the sevice from Apple is shocking and totally unacceptable as my App store and Whatsup apps is still blocked by Apple for no operant reason. i do request Hellopeter to assist me to have my Appstore and Whatsup apps operational please.
