Bad service apple RSA

Hallo, I purchased an apple macbook air in 2014. It is now shutting down while working on it. I took to apple store in Waterfront Bloemfontein. They tell me my laptop is to old they cant fix it. I must purchase new one. I am so shocked that 1 of biggest Computer company's dont want fix 6 year old laptop. It is disgrace. I paid R22000 for it and they don't want fix it. Is this how apple operate??? If it is i will newer purchase again an apple product. I cant purchase every 6 years new laptops that cost over R20 k it is a-lot of money for me. To whom can i complain at apple USA? Danie
