bad service and inferior product received from Apple istore

I bought a phone online from myistore.co.za. the phone cost me over R17000, less than a month later I was having problems with the phone. I sent it in for repair. now a week later im still without a phone and when i speak to the online agents...I GET NOWHERE!!!, what kind of outfit is apple running here? I just want answers. I thought i bought the latest superior product but i think i bought junk for R17-000! somebody please help me! my case number is ***3.
