BAD SERVICE

Tried calling an Istore for information on products, the number displayed on all ISTORE websites regardless of area is taken to an automated call centre, after selecting the desired option I'm put on hold for a complete 10mintues. Eventually the call is taken only to be told that this is a call center for all stores and I'll have to be transferred to the store in question. Which is another 10 minutes of waiting, bringing my time to 20mins of holding, but here's the clincher as soon as I got a dialing tone to the store it rang for about a few seconds then got disconnected. So this was a complete waste of my time and pathetic service from the Apple store. This just adds to the current pathetic service delivery that's currently taking over most of SA, the use of automated services is another way of not answering public queries or complaints. As a dedicated user of Apple products for many years I'm extremely disappointed with this service!
