Bad sales service and bringing race up

Absolute pathetic service from staff and manager,staff gets ****y and grabs things from our hands!We are white south africans and the staff kept refering to us as umlungu(dont know precise spelling) between themselves in their own language and laughing at us!When we get something they request to continue our process they swop staff and the other staff finds an issue with the paperwork the previous staff member just told us to get!After an hour and a half of messing us around we rather just left the store,most of the other customers walked out aswell due to this behavior of the staff!staff also very reluctant to give us their names!but it was the senior salesman and manager lady and 2 other staff members!I-store The Glen 12- 1pm
