BAD OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SA

I have the iPhone 7 since late 2018. I noticed that after updating an application an hour or 2 later the app is uninstalled again. I stopped using the iPhone last year after it uninstalled my Music. Since then I have been trying to get hold of someone at the **** customer service to stop the debt payments. I even went to the bank to see if they can help me, I was sent back to Apple services. To date everything gets debited from my bank account twice. I would recommend no one to buy an Apple product. I am being ****** for a service that I do not use.
