Bad customer service from Apple

My iPhone 6s qualifies for a battery replacement Serial Number DNPQGV75GRY9. I called an apple dealer in Johannesburg and was advised to bring my phone in and leave it for 5-7 working days. What happens to my work during this time? I need my phone for business. Can you not give me the battery and I can get my own technician to sort out within the hour. Urgent response.
