Bad customer service

Hi am so frustrated with using Apple as they take my payment very quickly for iCloud but then every month there is an error to use the photos. How stupid is it that I take the photo then I pay for storage as iPhone does not have place to put a memory card then they withhold my photos that I work with each day and cost me business. I am ready to buy another phone just so that my business can run more smoothly without having iCloud disrupt it. iCloud uses so much data so I end up paying double. There has to be a better option than this. I am mostly saddened about this as I love my iPhone but I think it’s time for it to go
