Bad call centre service

<p>I understand that Apple does not have telephone numbers for their stores but atleast have an efficient call centre. All call centre does is tell me to write an email that if sometimes completely ignored or answered days later. it is a nighmare following up on repairs here. Was even told that some manager would contact me and inform me about the repair status but that never happened. </p>
