Bad Attitude

The gateway iStore needs to get its act together. I made a online booking for some technical support. When I get to the store I find that the store is closed for refurbishment. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional. I changed my schedule for that day in order to accommodate these clowns, but with I get there, iMac in hand, the store was closed.<br> <br> Please Apple, get your act together
