Awaiting refund that and no one cares.

I paid for the iwatch screensaver for R399 on the 20th of August 2020 at iStore Clearwater and I asked them to put it on because I previously bought one from them and when I got home it didnt paste properly (another R399 down the drain). The lady tried to put it on and it didnt work so they told me that they have reversed the funds into my account. I have literally been to Clearwater mall 5 times because the funds are not reflecting in my account and they keep on saying that it was done already. I am livid because not only did I lose on the first R399 but also on petrol as I am not staying close to the mall.
