Sorry Apple South Africa but it would seem like the only way to get a Apple App complaint out there.

I truly feel Apple is failing in the social responsibility role, allowing game app's on to there platform that promise rewards but never pay. *****sters & ****mers allowed to do business on your Apple store

Maybe Apple South Africa can forward this so that someone in your App's department can look into this.
