Apple’s useless customer service

Horrible customer service. Spent 4 hours on a call to receive a ****y answer from the service advisor which didn’t help. Customers needs should at least be understood and their concerns should be heard. I received the complete opposite from Apple. The other people I ****k to were helpful but the service advisor was the complete opposite of helpful. I feel that he spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and avoided my questions. All together, I am very disappointed in Apple’s service today. I speak highly of the brand but I get treated like garbage and am completely and utterly disrespected by the service advisor. I would like to thank the others who did help me before, they were helpful and did their best and I appreciate that. I hope Apple doesn’t speak to their customers the way I got spoken to today. Utterly disappointed!
